The scope of this bylaw includes all subdivisions and major developments within the City of Summerside. This Bylaw updates and consolidates Bylaw SS-19 (2001) to reflect changes made by the City's Official Plan (Rev.2006), Zoning Bylaw SS-15 (Rev.2007) and current development standards and practices.
