COVID-19 Utility Customer Support Program
The City of Summerside has developed a repayment program to assist utility customers whose account is in arrears due to having experienced financial difficulty related to Covid-19.

If you feel you are eligible for the program, please complete the form below.  Our Finance Department will review your application and will contact you as soon as they can.

Are you a Residential customer who has experienced a loss of income due to COVID-19, OR a General Service (Commercial) customer who has lost revenue due to COVID-19, AND this has impacted your ability to pay your City of Summerside utility bill?

If approved for this program do you agree to enter into a payment arrangement plan for the current outstanding balance to be repaid over a 12-month period commencing October 1, 2020?
